In our second part of the investigation into Barbara Johnson-Willard who vanished from Jay, Oklahoma in Delaware County on June 17, 1996, we continue sifting through clues in the case. Her car was later found abandoned in a ravine near Colcord. The team takes a closer look at a strong suspect in her case, convicted rapist and predator, John Lee Weeks. Barbara and Weeks knew each other, and physical evidence ties Weeks to Barbara’s car, but Delaware County, OK authorities are missing that one crucial piece of evidence to charge Weeks in Barbara’s case.

We are asking residents of Delaware County, and the surrounding areas, or anyone that knew of Barbara’s movements, or the movements of John Lee Weeks around the time of Barbara’s disappearance, to contact the authorities, and share what you know.
