In this episode, we wrap up our exploration of the Santa Rosa Hitchhiker murders, and take a close look at suspects in the case, and discuss what evidence in the case may one day help to solve it.

We are joined by case expert Deb Silva who spent two decades researching the case, and has the most detail filled website about the case.

From 1972-1973, the city of Santa Rosa, CA experienced a series of abuductions and murders of girls and young women in the area. Most of them were known to be hitchhikers. There are thought to be at least 8 victims. Some of the victims were found dumped in the area. One had been poisoned to death, and others had been strangled. At least one victim was never found.

Were these abductions and murders the work of one person, or a team of two killers working together? Or could two separate killers have been selecting victims from the same area at the same time?
