Episode 69 Briuna La’fey Harps

 

In May 2019, Nineteen-year-old Briuna La’fey Harps was wrapping up her first year of college at Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX when she decided to visit her cousin in Fort Worth, TX. It was there that Briuna’s short life ended when she was shot in the head after being caught in the crossfire of two gangs.

Briuna’s dream was to become a doctor and help others. Instead, her family was left to cope with Briuna’s senseless murder, and as of now, her killer remains free. Briuna’s father, Timonthy discusses his daughter’s tragic death and amazing life.
