She never made it. Her dead body was found just a half-mile away, strangled with her own stocking and with signs of attempted sexual assault.

On March 8th, 2009, just a couple days shy of his 20th birthday, Douglas ‘Doug’ McMillin was shot dead by intruders in his Allouez, Wisconsin home. Doug was shot in front of friends and witnesses as he tried to resist the intruders.
